Release Clips

A release clip is a clip attached to the halyard on the outrigger.
These clips come in various sizes and variations, but all of them serve
the same purpose, which is to release the trolling line from the outrigger
on strike. The amount of pull from the trolling line needed to open
the clip can be adjusted on screws or with simple rubber bands.
