Bottom Rigged Bomb

Below is described Thai Fishing Guide's recommended way
of making this simple rig, often used when fishing for catfish.

The main line is tied onto one end of the bomb using a Blood Knot.

Bottom Rigged Bomb Step 1

A Mustad Iseama Twist size 15 hook is attached to a 50 lb leader
using a Triple Palomar Knot.

At the other end of the leader (approximately 20 cm)
a loop is tied using a Bimini Twist.

Bottom Rigged Bomb Step 2

The leader is then attached to the other end of the bomb
by passing the loop of the leader through the swivel of the bomb
and passing the hook through the loop of the leader and then pull tight.

Bottom Rigged Bomb Step 3

Using a weighted bomb will provide more casting weight
and therefore a chance of fishing in a larger area.
