Slide a sleeve over the wire.

Make an overhand knot on the wire,
and add one more wrap.

 

Thread the tag end back through the sleeve.

Twist the tag end around the standing part,
and pass it through the sleeve for the third time.

 

Crimp the sleeve with a crimping tool,
and trim the tag end.
