so the hook is suspended on a loop.
Form another loop by encircling
the mainline with the tag.
Wrap the double strand inside
the loop with the tag.
Make four wraps.
Leave the tag protruding from the loop.
Close the knot but leave it loose.
Slide the knot down onto the eye of the hook.
